This review is long over due but this year my husband and I were gifted a couple of old family rings and we wanted to have them remade into custom rings for each other. We currently live in Florida but grew up in Galesburg and our family has had a history of shopping At Kohls and knew they did custom rings. So we sent up our rings and discussed what we wanted over the phone and spent the weeks following talking to Olivia and Ryan, who were very communicative and accommodating to us and what we were envisioning, and wow the outcome blew us away! We are OBSESSED with these rings and the quality of customer service provided by Kohl's Diamond Gallery. If you need a last minute Christmas gift or are wanting to get an extra special custom piece of jewelry PLEASE give them a try we HIGHLY recommend! Pictured are the rings.
